These medications are compounded in our state of the art clean room according to USP 797, the regulatory standards for compounding sterile pharmaceutical preparations.
Our procedure include:
- Random lab testing of finished products for sterility, potency and endotoxins
- Semiannual media fill testing
- Monitoring particle count of the sterile environment
- Documenting and proper cleaning and maintenance routines
- Semiannual certificate of cleanroom facility
- Routing testing of our pharmacy staff’s sterile techniques
- Proper grooming & gowning
- Pressure gauge monitoring for both Ante-room and buffer room
